I'm using this to keep an eye on my kitty when I go away for long weekends or short vacations. 5GHz support is pretty big for home security. I have a dual-band router that I can't select which band it uses so it was kind of a bother to get that figured out (I was able to set it up effortlessly once that was solved though!). Highly recommended as a budget option for monitoring pets/kids or general home security.

My first original Orb is quiet when I turn It on to view the room, the new mini Orb (2 new ones) have a loud sound machine noise that comes on when tuned in. Why the antenna, is that the issue?

Ridiculously good value. If I’d known I could get a camera this good for this cheap I’d have done it a long time ago. Good enough picture quality (both day and night), motion detection (with notifications to your phone), super simple set up. The app seems pretty good so far. I’ll update this review is something goes wrong but right now I’m extremely happy.

I didn't know what to expect when I bought this camera to monitor our pets. I am very pleasantly surprised. It was super easy to install everythin....literally it was download the app, scan the code on the back of the camera and set up a password. Everything is just automatic and does it on its own. Super easy. And the camera quality is nice. You can record clips of your pets...talk to your pets....take screen shots. You use the screen on your phone or ipad or however you are viewing the picture to zoom in and out on your pet and you can pan to the left and right. Zooming in makes the quality not as good....but its still a very good camera. I bought a 2nd one because I was so pleased with the first one. The cord is a little short if you are going to install the camera up high so plan for that. We just used an extention cord. Definitely worth the money! And its really nice to check in on your pets during the day and being able to talk to them.

I mainly bought the camera to watch over my cats when Im gone. It has speakers integrated, so though the app I can talk to them and keep an eye on them while I'm gone. It has a very good quality "night vision" and motion sensors, it will notify you instantly though the app. It has a very good mobility, I basically can see all my apartment. Easy to install, it has a nice flexibility of where you can install it in you house or apartment. Highly recommend it, specially for the good price. It has extra monitoring services and memberships once you register your device (which is free).

I like this camera, it can take very clear still photos, and it also has a real-time feed. You can access the feed through your phone while using the app. The quality of the pictures and videos are high, and the attachments are very clear during the day. The images will be broadcast live at night. The quality of both is very good, and there is also a microphone, you can talk to the person at the door by phone. This is an amazing product. The price is unbeatable for what you get, and the delivery speed is very fast. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, no regrets!

I got this camera becuase my old one wasn't working properly. This camera its easy to set up and its alot better than my previous one. The definition its great, and the night vision its amazing. Its incredible how much you are able to zoom in and the quality it is able to maintain. Great product.

Good supervision camera, when we are not at home, we check our apartment with this camera, it’s real time video. Even we can use it as a video call, we can talk across this camera, I can share it to my families, they can use it on their phone as well. Night vision is quite clear, if you have a baby or pet, it’s good for that purpose too.

I bought this camera for my cat, sometime I need to leave town couple days and use this I can check how is my cat doing and talk with her( I got my cat on the street she aways afraid that she will be abandoned again) this camera helps a lot and it is easy to change the angles. The best part of the camera is that it has the charge! I bought a one before it didn’t have the charge!

I have to say. I wasn't expecting much for this price. I just wanted to see what my pets were doing when I was out of the room (I'm trying to housebreak a couple guys). I figured I'd try this since it wasn't pricey. I am pleasantly surprised to discover what a great little video cam this is. You need to download the app in order for this to work. Also, it takes photos and it has live video, but if you want to record, you need a mini SD card (does not come with). The camera is so clear and the colors are great. I'm actually thinking of getting a second one for another room in my home. I highly recommend this product.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! My dog has anxiety and it is such a relief knowing I can check in on him while I am away at work during the day. Received this little camera the other day. I already have a Netvue Vigil and a Netvue Orb Cam, both of which are excellent devices, including in the dark.
Ths Mini was extremely easy to set up, discriminating without instruction between the 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals from my mesh system. The controls function extremely well. The picture is extremely clear.

I would possibly give it 5 stars if it wasn't sold out and I could order one. Can I get updates when these are available again and the new outdoor sentry looks pretty sweet.
