If for any reason, you decide to return Product that you purchased from our site, you must notify us and return the Product to us within thirty (30) days from the date the Product was delivered. Netvue does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Netvue does not take title to the refunded item.
Netvue will not accept returns of Products purchased from other retailers. Those Products are subject to that retailer’s return policies and Netvue disclaims any liability with respect to the return of such Products.
How To Initiate a Return
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service support at https://netvue.zendesk.com/. In your support ticket, please provide the order number or sales invoice to our agent.
Once your return request is processed, Netvue will provide you with return instructions and arrange refund or replacement as soon as possible. Ship the Product to Netvue with all cords, adapters, documentation, and accessories that came with the Product and the original packaging within 10 days of Netvue providing you with return instructions. Failure to do so may result in Netvue rejecting the return of the Product you are returning.
All of the Netvue users will receive 1 year of warranty and lifetime service from the date you purchased your Product from Netvue. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Repairs or replacements may be made with new or refurbished products or components, at Netvue's sole discretion. If the Product or a component incorporated in that Product is no longer available, Netvue may, at Netvue's sole discretion, replace the Product with the available model nearest to the original model's form, functionality, and performance.

Netvue may require you to return the Product in order to process your warranty claim. If you are required to return the Product, Netvue will provide you with return instructions and arrange replacement as soon as possible.
If the product is manmade defective, refund or replacement is not available.
